Adventure and exhilaration or peace and tranquility - you can find them all and a lot more besides on the South West Coast Path. 630 miles of superb coastal walking. From Minehead on the edge of the Exmoor National Park to the shores of Poole Harbour in Dorset it is the best way to enjoy the wonderful coastal scenery, wildlife and heritage.
Occasionally cliff falls or landslips mean that sections of the South West Coast Path have to be closed. Temporary diversions that can occasionally be quite lengthy are put into place. When you are following the Path on the ground these changes will be clearly signed and should always be followed.
