Ordnance Survey's Sitemap® products have introduced next–generation full colour mapping to the large-scale portfolio.
You can now purchase highly detailed plans of you property with colour rendering of the buildings and surroundings for the first time - giving greater depth and clarity to planning maps. For planning application purposes Local Authorities are increasingly requiring a location map at a scale of 1:1250 and also a site map at a scale of 1:500, therefore we have planning 'bundles' that includes both products discounted. See the ‘Sitemap® Data Bundle’ or ‘Sitemap® Plot Bundle’ products below for more information. It is advisable that you contact your local authority to find out what their specific requirements are.

Plot:
When ordering a plotted product you will receive 6 paper copies of the area requested printed on quality paper by FREE 1st Class Post. There is no extra cost for colour mapping. Ordnance Survey paper products are zero-rated for VAT so are less costly than data products. Available in full colour, building-fill or monochrome.
TIFF Data:
Sitemap® TIFF Data (Tagged Image File Format) comes in one of three scales and is increasingly being sourced by householders & businesses as a quick, convenient way of acquiring their planning maps by return of email. Our turn-around time on supplying the data files is typically within a couple of hours (subject to normal office hours & how busy we are). Available in full colour, building-fill or monochrome.
DXF® Data:
Sitemap DXF® is the format of highly-detailed, layered mapping data which is primarily used by the architectural industry. To use this format requires compatible Computer Aided Drawing software such as AutoCAD™. This data does not come in full colour, building-fill or monochrome: the format is an industry-standard layered dataset
