Sitemap DXF is the format of highly-detailed, layered mapping data which is primarily used by the architectural industry. The format is vector based which enables limitless scaling and plotting without loss of clarity and enables the user to integrate their plans and designs directly into the mapping.

The format is derived from Ordnance Survey's National Topographic Database (NTD), which holds more than 200 million individual features of the British landscape, creating a seamless computer map of Great Britain which receives 5000+ updates daily.

OS Sitemap DXF Data uses the IBU (Internal Business Use) licensing arrangement.

Note - It is your responsibility to ensure that the data you purchase is licensed for the purpose of use.

DXF (Data eXchange Format) conforms to AutoCAD release 12 onwards. This is a proprietary data format owned by Autodesk by which digital drawings and/or data may be transferred between CAD users.

DXF provides a graphic presentation, but the level to which attributes are represented is dependent on the CAD package with which the data is used. Above and Beyond are prepared to send you the data ordered in .dwg format should you encounter any compatibility issues with the software you use...

Buy the area you require:
The mapped coverage you can purchase directly through this website is a short list of the most typically requested areas. We can, however, produce any area up to 10,000 Hectares (10km x 10km) and in any shape!

If you wish to purchase a different area than those listed and/or if your site is an irregular shape then you need not worry.

We can provide a basic overview map of the area around your site by email for you to outline the area needed and then fax or email back to us. We'll then supply a quote on that area for you to confirm and purchase giving details over the phone.

To do this, email us at dxfenquiries@aboveandbeyond.co.uk with any relevant information such as the property address, postcode, town or village name and the approximate size of area you require.
