Connect With Megan

Megan works as a private consultant for numerous international clients. She also offers advice to production companies creating survival and adventure shows for channels such as ITV, Discovery, National Geographic, Channel 4 and S4C.

She’s spent time living with local tribes from around the globe; learning closely guarded secrets and ancient survival skills of The San Bushmen of the Kalahari, the Kelabit of Borneo and the Scandinavian Sami, which have been passed down through generations.

There’s no doubting Megan’s credentials. She spends 11 months of each year in the wild - relying solely on her knowledge, equipment and outdoor skills to keep her and her clients safe. And as part of the award-winning Adventure Film Collective, she’s part of the go-to crew for those trying to organise filming in remote and dangerous places.

She’s been stalked by lions and hunted by hyenas. Bitten by a snake and stung by scorpions. Megan’s been caught in an avalanche, chased by armed opium farmers and fallen into icy crevasses. Her abilities rival those of the most hardened adventurers and we’re proud to call her an A&B Ambassador.

Being thoroughly ‘adventure tested’ herself, Megan helps us evaluate clothing and equipment, and advises us on our range of women’s wear. She puts kit through its paces out in the field so you can be sure it performs in extreme situations.

As well as helping us ensure everything on our site can handle real adventure, Megan also shares her expertise with you across our website and blog.
