If you would like friendly advice over the phone then call our free sales line on 0845 257 2675. Ask for Darren or Tracey for expert advice. Above and Beyond staff go through a special training program designed to give them all of the tools required to advise you on what products are best for you. We're also on hand to answer any questions you my have however technical they may be. If we don't have all the information you need there then we'll get it for you.

How To Return Stuff

Shop at Above and Beyond and if you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply return your product(s) to us within our 90 days to qualify for our no quibble returns policy. We want our delivery service to be hassle free, we have many ways for your order to be delivered that hopefully will suit your needs. We currently offer free standard dellivery on most goods to UK Mainland addresses (depending on basket value / contents) but you can upgrade to more expedited services if you wish. Buying For A School, Club, Business or Organisation?

Whether you're a school, university, Duke of Edinburgh Scheme Coordinator or Cadets, Scouts, Brownies leader etc. etc. you can call us free on 0845 257 2675 or email sales@aboveandbeyond.co.uk to find out about applying for a trade account. We accept official purchase orders by email or fax and can set you up with your own account - whether that's for a one-off purchase or whether you wish to use Above and Beyond as your supplier of maps, guides, or navigational and outdoor equipment on an ongoing basis. Let us help you with free provision of map reading leaflets or call us for advice on equipment for expeditions, training etc. Alternatively, you can apply for a account online by visiting our Trade Account page.
